Dennis began his legal career in Ventura County and currently acts as general counsel to large and small businesses, trusts, and individuals in the following areas:  real estate and business transactions and business succession strategies; land use and entitlements; oil and gas; agricultural planning; and estate and wealth planning. 

Dennis received his Degree in Economics/Finance from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his law degree from UCLA. He has acted as a referee and receiver for the Ventura County courts and served as arbitrator for the Ventura County Bar Association.

Dennis is currently a member of the VC-CO/AB Board of Directors and served as Treasurer of the organization. Recntly he served as a member of the Carpinteria Valley Vision 2020 planning efforts. He regularly guides business clients to assist in establishing realistic growth strategies, exit objectives, and wealth transfer among family members. 

Dennis is an AV-rated attorney, the highest rating possible from the only national rating service for attorneys.

Dennis and his wife, Sandy, reside in the Carpinteria Valley.
