Our goal is to always be the law firm of choice in the Tri-Counties for the most significant of business transactions. Success begins with ensuring the correct entity and tax structure is utilized.
We regularly advise clients on business formation issues which include strategies for, and decisions and documentation of, a California commercial enterprise.
Our firm has the long term stability, legal knowledge, skill, and local experience to ensure that our clients successfully navigate the critical disputes which arise in the world of business.
We "cover the bases" for our clients--assisting in the setting of goals, assessing the tools required to achieve those goals, the planning of the enterprise, foreseeing the practical ramifications of business, and planning for the tax consequences of the steps to be taken.
If litigation becomes either unavoidable or manifestly necessary, our civil trial partners have the acumen and reputation to resolve the dispute, whether by trial, mediation, arbitration, or early settlement.
