Paul A. Miller

     Paul graduated from Loyola Marymount University and the University of San Diego Law School prior to beginning his practice in Ventura County in 1974.  Paul is the firm's managing partner.

     He has experience in the areas of real estate, general business, partnerships and corporations. Paul has handled Family Law matters since 1974 and has focused his practice exclusively on Family Law matters since 1992. 

     Paul is an "AV" rated attorney, the highest rating possible from the only national rating service for attorneys.

     He has served as a private judge in Family Law matters and is a charter member of the Collaborative Family Lawyers in Ventura County. This organization was formed in 2000 by 18 Family Law attorneys who are committed to resolving Family Law matters outside the adversarial court system. The Collaborative Law process provides clients with an opportunity to negotiate and reach settlements in a creative, dignified, civil and productive manner, free of the coercion inherent in litigation,
while combining the ability to reduce costs with the opportunity to
maintain more control over the outcome. 
      
     Paul is a fourth generation Ventura County resident. He and his wife, Lindy, have three children and live in Ventura. Over the years, Paul has served as Chairman of St. John's Hospital Humanitarians; on the Board of Trustees of St. Paul's School; as a fundraiser for St. Bonaventure High School; as an Officer and Director of Oxnard Trade Club; as a member of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers, the Ventura County Bar Association and the Family Law Section.
