Patrick T. Loughman

Pat is a 1978 graduate of Loyola Marymount University and Loyola Law School where received his Juris Doctor in 1982. Admitted to the California Bar in 1982, Pat joined the firm in 1983.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of real property law, business law, trust and estate planning. Pat's practice includes representation of agricultural clients in real estate sales, leases, partnerships, and corporate law matters.
He has developed an expertise in creditor rights and work-out strategies involving receivers and foreclosures. He maintains a continuous practice in probate and trust administration, including litigation of estate disputes.
Patrick is an "AV" rated attorney, the highest rating possible from the only national rating service for attorneys.
A lifelong Ventura County resident, Pat has been active in the community and has served on the boards of the Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus Adolfo Camarillo Council, Ventura County Life Centers, the Camarillo Boys and Girls Club in addition to the Ventura Bar Association as past co-chairman of the Bankruptcy/Commercial Law section.
Pat currently serves on the board of C.R.E.W., an organization dedicated to
maintaining the back country trails of the Central Coast while providing
employment and work experience for youth.
Pat resides with his wife, Michele, and their children in Ojai.
