Dennis Kuttler

    Dennis began his legal career in Ventura County and currently acts as general counsel to large and small Business, Trusts and individuals in the following areas:  Real Estate and Business Transactions and exit strategies, Land Use and Entitlements, Oil and Gas, Agricultural Planning and Estate and Wealth Planning. 

     Dennis received his B.A. degree in Economics/Finance from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his law degree from UCLA. He has acted as a Referee and Receiver for the Ventura County Courts and served as Arbitrator for the Ventura County Bar Association.

     Recently he served as a member of the City of Ventura's Community Visioning/ Planning process and with the Carpinteria Valley Vision 2020 Planning efforts. He regularly guides business clients to assist in establishing realistic growth strategies, exit objectives and wealth transfer among family members.

     Dennis and his wife, Sandy, have three children and reside in Carpinteria.
