Dean W. Hazard

Dean has practiced law since 1982 and has specialized in litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, real estate and business disputes.

He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from UCLA in 1978 and graduated from UCLA Law School in 1982.

Dean is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a past board member and President of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association and he has been a board member of the Ventura County Bar Association.  He is an "AV" rated attorney, the highest rating possible from the only national rating service for attorneys.  He serves as a settlement officer and arbitrator in Ventura County and is currently Chairman of the Client Relations/Fee Dispute Committee of the County Bar.

In addition to his legal positions, Dean has served as a board member and President of Montalvo Little League where he also served for many years as a coach and umpire.

Dean and his wife, Maddy, live in Ventura where they raised their three children.
