Darin Marx
Darin received his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from McGeorge School of Law where he became a member of the Order of the Coif and the Justice Traynor Honor Society.
He holds a degree in Liberal Arts in Classical Studies from Thomas Acquinas College.
Darin has extensive experience handling complex commercial disputes, and has represented pharmaceutical companies, technology companies, financial institutions, construction companies, agricultural companies and other business entities.
His practice includes contractual disputes, securities actions, products liability, class action wage and hour litigation, coverage issues under financial institution bonds, professional liability policies and commercial general liability policies for a broad variety of underlying matters.
He practices in both State and Federal Courts, handling litigation, mediation and matters sent to trial.
